Home Renovation & Remodeling FAQs

How long does a typical home renovation take?

The timeline depends on the size and scope of the project, but most home renovations take anywhere from a few weeks to several months. Smaller updates, like bathroom or kitchen remodels, can often be completed in 4–8 weeks, while larger renovations may take longer. We’ll provide a detailed timeline once we understand your goals.

Do I need to move out during a major custom home remodel?

Not usually. We do our best to minimize disruption so you can stay in your home during the renovation. In some cases, like full kitchen overhauls or major structural work, it might make sense to temporarily relocate — we’ll walk you through what to expect before we begin.

Can you renovate historic homes or older properties?

Yes, we can. In fact, we’re currently working on a historic renovation in Granville. These projects often require special permits and approvals, and we’ll handle all of that for you. We understand the extra care older homes need and take pride in preserving their charm while bringing them up to today’s standards.
